What are the first steps for you to manage my Airbnb apartment?

Once you have submitted your inquiry to us we will want to discuss your requirement in more detail. If it's full management you are looking for then we would arrange a face to face meeting at your apartment/ It's important for you to get to know us and for us to see your home and understand the intricacies of your apartment- like where to find the pots and pans, where the nearest supermarket is and where your cleaning equipment is stored. And if we will be providing the full administration service we find out from you more about the type of guests you would like (or not like!) to stay at your home.

The first meeting gets our relationship started so you can feel comfortable having us help make things easier for you.

For one-off requirements, we will ask you for information/photos/instructions and will conduct most communication via phone and email. It's important that our team have the correct information at the start so we can ensure everything runs smoothly

How does guest key meet and greet work?

We arrange to get guest keys from you before the guests arrival date. We get are required information from you (guest arrival time, contact details etc). You then ask guests to contact us on arrival at the airport or 1 hour before. We coordinate everything with your guests from there.

If you have guest guidebooks and instructions we can also pass this to guests and answer any questions.

How do I organize cleaning for my Airbnb listing in Copenhagen?

We have a team of well trained, trusted turn around assistants who ensure your place is clean, fresh and welcoming for your Airbnb guests. You can book Pre-cleaning before your guests arrive or/and cleaning on departure.

I need clean bed linen for guests, is there a laundry or linen hire service?

We will work with you to offer a suitable solution when this occurs. We try to be flexible and offer a personal key-meet solution whenever possible. We have established other solutions for hen this is not possible (key lock boxes, cafe partnerships etc).
